Taco Salad
| 1 can | Bean Dip (plain or jalapeno) |
| 3/4 - 1 Cup | Sour cream |
| 1/2 - 3/4 Cup | Mayo (Miracle Whip or Hellman's) |
| 1 pkg | Taco Mix |
| Salt & Pepper | To taste |
| 1 bag | Tortilla Chips |
| Toppers | Chopped tomatoes, green onions, chopped lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and black sliced olives. |
| If you didn't get the Bean Dip with the built-in jalapeno, you can add 1/2 - 1 finely chopped jalapeno to the Bean Dip and mix well. | |
| Spread the Bean Dip on a plate to about 3/8" thick. Mix together the Sour Cream, Mayo and Taco Mix and spread over the Bean Dip. | |
| Add the toppers you want and salt/pepper to taste. | |
| Serve cold with tortilla chips | |
